Hi! I am a journalist interested in editing, producing and reporting the news in all formats. I am especially invested in business and environmental news. Currently, I am a copy editor at Newsday. I last worked as an associate producer on CNBC's "Squawk on the Street," and I previously wrote for CNBC's consumer news team, produced the TV program "Closing Bell: Overtime" and worked on the social media team.I graduated from Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism, where I spent years reporting, editing and mentoring new recruits at The Daily Northwestern. Outside of NU, I have also reported on Asian American communities, scientific research and politics. I am fluent in AP style and hope to reach fluency in Spanish, and as an experienced copy editor, I'm also passionate about promoting more inclusive language in journalism.
